Cindy is a Psychotherapist, Relational Trauma Expert and has a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a Clinical Trauma Specialist, a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate, and a Certified Partner Betrayal Therapist Candidate. She is also Attachment-Focused EMDR trained, Level II Gottman Trained, The Body Keeps the Score Trauma Trained, a Prepare and Enrich Facilitator, and a Mending the Soul Facilitator. Additionally, Cindy is a Certified Empowerment Coach with the Certified Coaching Alliance.
Cindy has years of experience inspiring and empowering people to live their best life in spite of the odds stacked against them in their current situations or past traumas. Cindy believes anyone’s heart and life can change for the better and old patterns from trauma can be healed and overcome with a little work. Cindy’s direct innovative style helps her clients see things quickly. Her approach enables them to get unstuck so they can start LIVING.
Cindy walks to the other side of the pain with her clients. She encourages them to take steps to have a great life and healthy relationships. Her transformational experience-based approach helps her clients discover a true confident self they never knew existed. Her clients become stronger than they have ever been while the effects of the trauma, loss, addiction or abuse lose their hold on them.
In her spare time, Cindy loves supporting her favorite charities like The Dallas Dream Team, Adventure and Victory, and trafficking charities like Alive at Last.
Fees
Individual Session – $225.00/50 minute hour
Collateral Partner Attended Session – $300.00/50-minute hour
Family Session – $350.00/ 50-minute hour
Client Assessments (MAWASI, PTSI-R, IPAST) – $50.00
Core Map Assessment – $100.00
Client Assessments (SDI) – $100.00
Consultation with Partner’s Therapist – charged at an hourly rate of $225.00/50-minute hour.
Copy of client records – $225.00/50 minute hour to prepare. Requires 14 days advance notice.
Court Appearance – ½ day (Up to 4 hours) Court Appearance – $1850.00
Full Day (4 to 8 hours) -$3600.00
Returned Check Fee – $35.00
Please note: We are a Private Pay practice. We do not accept insurance but we do provide a monthly Super Bill that clients can submit to their insurance provider for possible out-of-network coverage.
