Cindy is a Psychotherapist, Relational Trauma Expert and has a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a Clinical Trauma Specialist, a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate, and a Certified Partner Betrayal Therapist Candidate. She is also Attachment-Focused EMDR trained, Level II Gottman Trained, The Body Keeps the Score Trauma Trained, a Prepare and Enrich Facilitator, and a Mending the Soul Facilitator. Additionally, Cindy is a Certified Empowerment Coach with the Certified Coaching Alliance.
Cindy has years of experience inspiring and empowering people to live their best life in spite of the odds stacked against them in their current situations or past traumas. Cindy believes anyone’s heart and life can change for the better and old patterns from trauma can be healed and overcome with a little work. Cindy’s direct innovative style helps her clients see things quickly. Her approach enables them to get unstuck so they can start LIVING.
Cindy walks to the other side of the pain with her clients. She encourages them to take steps to have a great life and healthy relationships. Her transformational experience-based approach helps her clients discover a true confident self they never knew existed. Her clients become stronger than they have ever been while the effects of the trauma, loss, addiction or abuse lose their hold on them.
In her spare time, Cindy loves supporting her favorite charities like The Dallas Dream Team, Adventure and Victory, and trafficking charities like Alive at Last.

About Sydney Chipman

Sydney Chipman, LMSW utilizes evidence-based training oriented to facilitating harm reduction from Pathological Love Relationships. She is passionate about assisting with healing wounds perpetuated by narcissistic abuse, spiritual abuse, and other forms of pathological abuse.
Through her own journey to well-being, she understands that therapy is a collaborative process and uses an eclectic approach informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy while tailoring the therapeutic relationship to develop tangible tools which can help you achieve your goals and reduce the harm done in intimate or family of origin relationships.
Sydney completed her Bachelor of Psychology at University of Texas at Dallas. She has worked in various clinical settings ranging from crisis counseling and case management for victims of crime in the Dallas, Collin, and Denton County communities; to outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use treatment.
