10-week psychoeducation Group one morning a week from 10-12 AM. One evening a week from 5:30 to 7:30 PM.
What you will learn:
- How to stop the withdrawal cravings of wanting to stay in contact with them
- Why do you think you might still love the person who harmed you and why you can’t seem to stop thinking about them
- Why his new life looks so great and you feel you’ve lost everything
- How to stabilize your dysregulated emotions that feel all over the place
- How to reduce the harm done to you through stabilization and harm reduction skills
- To understand trauma, trauma responses, and PTSD
- How to keep your sanity if you share children in a relationship with a personality-disordered person
- What personality disorders are and why someone has them
- To understand what happened to you in the relationship and how you may have been targeted
- If the person you’ve been with can ever change
- Understanding why you feel like you are in a fog and not functioning like you used to
- If the person you were involved with was/is personality disordered
- What personality disorders truly are
- Discovering how you ended up in a relationship with a personality-disordered person
- How not to meet or attract another personality-disordered individual
- How not to choose another one like them and what red flags to look for
- Trauma Bonding vs. Cognitive Dissonance
